The Om Spa Ayurvedic treatments restore that balance to your mind and body through massage with fine oils, herbal powders, and aromatherapy blends.
SHIRODHARA TREATMENT THIRD EYE THERAPY
Soothing traditional Ayurvedic treatment calms the central nervous system and integrates the mind and body to achieve a heightened state of awareness, relaxation, and contentment. A steady flow of warm oil onto the forehead stimulates the pituitary gland, or “third-eye.” This is one of the most divine therapies, awakening your body’s intuitive knowledge. Let your spirit soar as warm sesame oil flows gently over your forehead and scalp, transporting you to a peaceful space. Feel this unique Ayurvedic enhancement of a 40 min Upper-body face, neck, scalp, and ear marma point massage incorporated with warmed oils and a traditional kansa. Please allow 30 minutes after your treatment to gently awaken before driving. We recommend leaving the nourishing sesame oil in your hair overnight or at least for a couple of hours; however, if you prefer a, shower is included with this treatment for you.
