Om Spa Service Policies for Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling.

Service Policies:

  1. Booking within 24 Hours:
    • Any booking made within 24 hours requires a 50% advance payment.
    • These bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling is possible based on availability for another day.
  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    • To cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.
  3. Same Day Cancellation:
    • Cancellation within the same day or within a 24-hour window will result in a 100% charge.
  4. No Show Policy:
    • No shows will be charged 100% and are non-reschedulable.
  5. Gift cards:
    • Gift cards are completely non refundable.
    • Gift card is voided if there is a no show or cancellation is called for within 24 hours window.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Participation in the Membership Program requires a valid credit card and email address.
  • Each Spa member will have access to one of the three options available in each membership tier.
  • There are no enrollment or cancellation fees; however, cancellation is only permitted after 3 months of enrollment.
  • Our spa memberships offer hassle-free relaxation with automatic monthly renewal. Cancel anytime with just 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted wellness.
  • Unused membership treatments can roll over to subsequent months, as long as the member remains active.
  • Upon membership cancellation, all accrued benefits will be forfeited.
  • Om Spa reserves the right to terminate membership at any time, for any reason.

NON-MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please take a moment to review our non-refundable policy for massage/facial/body treatments/specials series:
  1. Non-Refundable Payment: All payments made for a series are non-refundable. Once the purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for any unused sessions in the series.
  2. Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will not incur any additional charges. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.
  3. Expiration: The series of massages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  4. Transferability: Sessions in a series are not transferable to another person. They are intended solely for the original purchaser and cannot be shared or transferred.
