Arrival Time
-Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax, enjoy a tea, and complete any necessary forms.
-If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Full service charges will still apply.
Health & Wellness Considerations
-Let us know of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to your service.
-For your safety, we may reschedule treatments if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition.
Quiet Spa Environment
-Please help us preserve a peaceful atmosphere.
-Silence or turn off mobile devices.
-Use soft voices in treatment and relaxation areas.
-Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa area unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
Gratuities
-Gratuities are not included in service prices.
-Tipping is at your discretion, and always appreciated. Industry standard is 15–20% based on satisfaction.
Payment, Promotions & Gift Cards
-We accept all major credit cards and spa gift cards.
-Gift cards must be presented at time of service and are not redeemable for cash.
-Special offers and promotions cannot be combined—only one offer may be applied per visit.
-Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Refunds
-Unopened retail items may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt.
-We do not offer refunds on services, but if you are unsatisfied, please let us know so we can make it right.
Valuables
-We recommend leaving valuables at home. The OM Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

-Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service and future refusal of bookings.
