Spa Policies

At The OM Spa, our mission is to provide every guest with a relaxing, rejuvenating, and respectful experience. To help us maintain a serene environment and ensure exceptional service, please take a moment to review our spa policies.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Same-day appointments are non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, the appointment may be rescheduled to the next available date.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full service amount.
  • Only one reschedule is permitted under the 24-hour policy, and the full service fee will still apply.
  • A $25 rescheduling fee is required to secure the next available slot.
  • For group bookings of three or more guests, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
  • A $50 deposit per guest is required to confirm any appointment. This amount is credited toward your service and deducted at checkout.

No Show

  • In the event of a no-show, the full value of the booked service will be charged.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax, enjoy a tea, and complete any necessary forms.
  • If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Full service charges will still apply.

Health & Wellness Considerations

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to your service.
  • For your safety, treatments may be rescheduled if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition.

Quiet Spa Environment

  • Please help us preserve a peaceful atmosphere.
  • Mobile devices should be silenced or turned off.
  • Soft voices are appreciated in treatment and relaxation areas.
  • Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa area unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

Gratuities

  • Gratuities are not included in service prices.
  • Tipping is at your discretion and always appreciated. Industry standard is 15–20% based on satisfaction.

Payment, Promotions & Gift Cards

  • We accept all major credit cards and spa gift cards.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Special offers and promotions cannot be combined. Only one offer may be applied per visit.
  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened retail items may be returned within seven days with the original receipt.
  • Refunds are not offered on services. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know so we can make it right.

Valuables

  • We recommend leaving valuables at home. The OM Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Respect & Safety

  • Inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service and refusal of future bookings.

Gift Card Policy

  • All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Gift cards never expire and remain valid for a lifetime. They may be used at any time toward any spa service or package.
  • Remaining balances on gift cards cannot be used toward gratuities or therapist tips.
