Please be aware of our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the Spa Concierge. Insufficient notices are subject to charges up to full service value. Cancellation window: 24-hours for single services | 48-hours for multiple services | 72 hours for group bookings or spa parties. All no-show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.
Bookings can be cancelled or changed online up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.
If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the T&C's, your payment
method may be charged the remaining balance of your booking amount.
