Gratuities are not included in the price for our services, but are gladly accepted. Usually gratuities range from 18-20% of the service price, or larger if you experience exceptional service.

Medical & Health Conditions

To better serve you, please let your therapist know if you have any of the following: pregnancy, muscle or joint injuries, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issue.

Also inform your therapist if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have recently had laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above scenarios may affect our ability to treat you.

Communicating with Your Therapist or Esthetician

At The Om Spa we specialize in customized treatments that are based on each individual client needs. All aspects of our services can be customized, so please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Also, feel free to ask questions. The best experience always comes from honest, open communication with your therapist.

Age Restrictions

We welcome all ages of guests to experience The Om Spa. For the comfort of our other guests we do ask the following:

  • Guests under the age of 12 can only receive nail services and must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per child). They must be well behaved while in the spa and receiving services.


  • Guests 12 -17 years of age must get approval from a The Om Spa manager to receive body work, facials, wraps, scrubs or hair removal services. In addition, a parent or guardian must accompany them to the spa, and both parties will be required to sign a written consent.


  • Guests 12 -17 years of age must wear a bathing suit or undergarments to receive body work, facials, wraps, scrubs or hair removal services.


  • As with all of our guests, we ask that all conversation be kept to hushed tones to allow for ultimate relaxation for other clients receiving services. We reserve the right to terminate services at any point if we feel that any guest is not able to conduct themselves properly, or if they are affecting others services.


Cell Phone Etiquette

To ensure a serene and relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival at the spa and refrain from taking phone calls while in the spa.  Turning your ringer off and texting during pedicure services is allowed.


When you are at the spa, please be respectful of others. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and memorable experience.

Spa Hours

The Om Spa location is open Monday – Saturday, 9am to 6pm.


We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, The Om SpaCertificates, Spa Finder Gift Certificates and Cash.

Appointment Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment as you may be required to fill out paperwork. If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment to accommodate for the next scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. For groups of 3 or more, we require 72 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. We reserve the right to charge up to the full service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.

Gift Certificates

Get your The Om Spa Gift Certificate today! Call (239) 631-5895, buy it online with our secure ordering process, or stop by the spa. Please Note: No cash refunds are given for gift certificates. We gladly offer gift certificate transfers and credit toward all The Om Spa services and products.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before the pricing on our website or menu of services. Please confirm the price for your treatment with our reservationists when booking your appointment.

Management Discretion

The Om Spa reserves the right to deny services or stop services during treatment at the discretion of management.
